Akane Tendo is the youngest of the Tendo family and like Ranma Saotome she practices martial arts and is very good at it. She is liked by everyone and has to fight her way to school everyday because of Takewaki Kuno. In the beging Akane was the most reculant to fiancee Ranma for she "hated boys" and had a crush on Dr Tofu. She is very popular and attractive like her sisters.
Since she started to pratice martial arts her attitude and temper became very masculin and violent. She adopted P-chan and she is every nice with him (sometimes she evens lets him sleep in her bed). Altough she is very strong she has two weakness: the first is the fact that she can't swim and the second can be seen as something else than a weakness but she can't cook.
