Cell Saga
The First Androids
Three years have past since Trunks has left and he is back but because the young Trunks has been born they are each given a different name: the small Trunks will be named Chibi Trunks and the old Trunks is called Miari Trunks. Like Trunks told them years before two powerful androids named Android # 17 and Android # 18 created by Dr Gero have come to earth and started destroying towns. But things haven't been exactly like Miari Trunks had said a few years before there are three other androids: Android # 16, Android # 21 and Android # 20.
Dr. Gero decided to give life to Android # 17 who will help him to become Android # 20. He gives life to Android # 18 and together they are programmed to destroy life on earth and to kill Goku. However Android # 17 gets angry with Dr Gero's attitude and so they decided to kill their creator but Dr. Gero had just enough time to program one last android who's name is Android # 21. He has just the time to give him a mission before being killed but the problem is that this Android is still under construction in a test tube. Android # 17 and 18 decided to unleash Android # 16 intending to create a stronger force between the two of them but Android # 16 is a peaceful robot and loves birds and animals.
Vegeta decided to join the Sayajin fighters also known as the Z Fighters.However his character is still very arrogant, proud of himself and he's always wanting to be the best. While training he has been able to become Super Sayajin like Goku. Vegeta decided to go to Dr. Gero's lab and to destroy it.
Trunks comes back from the future to help them for Goku while fighting had an heart attack. With him Trunks brings the cure for Goku's sickness. Every Sayajin fighter will try to beat the androids but none of them will even reach their level.
Android # 21
Trunks, Bulma and Gohan find an abandoned time machine and with it they find an horrible creature that was named Android # 21 or Cell. He was created with the cells of the best of the Z warriors. Cell's mision is to destroy the earth and to become the most powerful creature alive. But to become the most powerful creature alive he needs take Android # 17 and 18's energy and body constitution to arrive to his perfect stage.
Meanwhile Piccolo fuses with Kami and Vegeta and Trunks followed by Gohan and Goku go in an other dimension to train and become exelent wariors and very high leved Super Sayjins. Dende then takes the place of Kami so that the Dragonballs can be used again.
Piccolo with his new "unlimited" power will be the first person to find and fight the androids but during the battle Piccolo will help Cell in his search for the Androids. A battle then starts between Cell and Piccolo but soon Piccolo is defeaten and is badly injured. It's Android # 17 turn and he fights with Cell but he sees that he is no match for him. Android # 16 then reveals his true identity and his true power. He almost beats Cell but the problem is that Cell took Android # 17's and he has tranformed into his new phase (or stage). Tenchi then tries one of his attacks over and over again on Cell to weaken him but the Cell is far from weakened. Before entering the special dimension for training that is lovcated in God's palace Goku teleports himself in the island where his friends are fighting to save Piccolo and Tenchi. But after numerous battles Vegeta lets Cell devour Android # 18 and the evil Cell changes into his final form, his strongest form, he then become "Perfect Cell" which allows him not to be a robot anymore but a living thing. Vegeta and Trunks then fight with Cell but they are unable to destroy him. Vegeta is very disapointed for he believed to be the strongest being alive and that it would be an easy task to defeat Cell.
When Goku and Gohan get out of their training stage (that lasted 1 year in their dimension and 1 day on earth) Goku creates the illusion that he is the strongest and so Cell who loves good challenges challenges the Z fighters to a martial art competition. All of the Z fighters are invited to fight but Mr Satan believes that he is the most capable being to defeat Cell. At first Goku fights with Cell but after only a few moments of battle Goku defeats Cell. The angered Cell decides to self-destructs himself and to take earth and the whole solar system with him. Goku trying to save the earth decides to teleport Cell and himself to Kaio's planet so that Cell can explode on a small planet but not earth. Because of this Kaio, Kaio's monkey and Goku are killed but so is Cell or that's what they believed...
Everyone was sad about Goku and Kaio's loss but it was true that they did feel happy because Cell was finally dead and that the Dragonballs would bring Goku back to life. But Cell wasn't dead and in his come back from Kaio's planet he killed Trunks. He explained that during the explosion a piece of his brain survived and that he could recreate his body and still be under his "Perfect" apparence. However eventhough Goku and Kaio are dead and are in paradise Goku with Kaio's helps Gohan by encouraging him to use his full "un-limited" chi. At first Gohan doesn't believe his father when he says that his son if far more stronger than him. Seeing that Gohan was his next adversery but that Gohan didn't desire to fight he kills Android # 16 to anger him. Android #16 had become Gohan's new friend when he was rebuild and re-programmed to be on the Z warriors side.
Cell's then uses an incredible technique for he sees that Gohan has changed to Super Sayajin 2 and that he is stronger than him. Full of anger Cell gives birth to seven little blue Cells. When the seven little Cells start fighting and killing all of Gohan's friends Gohan got mad so mad that his chi level got twice as powerful than Cell's. Gohan easily destroys the small Cells. After one of Gohan's hit Cell "trows-up" the unconsious Android # 18.
Gohan who's anger grew because of his father's un-rewarded sacrifice decided to use the Kamehameha technique on Cell with full power which destroys Cell completely leaving no trace of cellular structure around the battle ground. Mr. Satan then takes all the credit for Cell's death not knowing what really happened to him.
Later on they gather the Dragonballs together and wish for all the people killed by Cell to be brought back to life but the problem is that because Goku was already resurected he can not be wished back to life. However this doesn't seemed to be a problem for Goku's childish mind and he says that he is quite proud of his son and that he is allright for he is with Kaio. Kaio on the contrary doesn't seem to enjoy the fact that Goku brought Cell to his planet and shouts at him constantly. As for Android # 18, well she woke up and fled from the Z fighters leaving Kuririn (Krillin) who started to have a crush on her alone.
