Master Roshi is a master in martial arts. He is the one who taught Goku the Kamehameha tehcnique and how to jump, run... the way he does. Of course if you compare Goku's level in DragonBall GT and Master Roshi's level there is an important difference. However before Goku's apparence Master Roshi was known to be the World's Best martial artist. This perverted immortal old man is respected by everyone and appears all along the sagas for the Z fighters often times take his house for refuge. His pet animal is a giant turtle who tries to teach his master how to be less perverted.
